Meet Nancy

Nancy Rytel has an extensive social service background with the State of Oregon and elected to take advantage of an early retirement option in 2005 from State Disability Services to pursue a second career in skincare. Nancy has always had an interest in esthetics – especially now considering all the new technology in this growing field. She decided to enter the Euro Institute of Skincare in 2007 as a result of her passion to continue to help people help themselves in a calm environment. While working with the state, Nancy had the opportunity to job share, and graduated from Facemakers freelance makeup artist school in 1986. She freelanced in many retail stores such as Nordstrom and Meier & Franks until she graduated and was awarded her certification from the Euro Institute. This seven-hundred hour master skincare program enabled her to pursue a medical spa aesthetic career, and she worked in a medical spa and was certified in the use of various laser treatment procedures for skin rejuvination, hair removal, infared and LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, cellutite body treatments, skin tightening with the Velashape, lumicell, 1064 yag Candela laser as well as the Alma laser. With the closing in 2009 of the spa and laser clinic at which she was employed, she decided to seize the moment and begin treating clients in her Lake Oswego studio, where she is able to give her clients the opportunity to purchase these wonderful treatments at surprisingly affordable rates. Nancy is licensed and insured, and now taking appointments upon request, with a flexible schedule.
